so many people these days think they have a severe sweating problem and the majority really do sweat more than they would like so what can you do about it if this is you well the answer is to sweat more. What I mean is if you really think you sweat more than a lot of other people then you need to get up and start moving and working out and get your body to sweat more during those workout sessions and your body will get rid of the sweat blocked in it and then at the dinner part you’re going to go to you won’t sweat as much then because you already got it out.

This really works and it really worked for me another tip is if you can switch to a deodorant only not an antiperspirant because they can actually make you sweat more. Stick with these two tips and I am sure that like me you will see a difference in your sweating and you can start wearing shirts again that have color and not just black and white like I used to do because I was so embarrassed about my sweating problem and I hated it and I know you do to.
